Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cans *Dole Mandarin Oranges, 1 can *Purple Onion, 1/2 Garlic, 1 clove, choppedGinger Root, 3 tsp, minced or gratedCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .66 cup Walnuts, .66 cup, choppedJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper choppedParsley, 1 cup choppedFeta Cheese, .75 cup, crumbled Cider Vinegar, 2 tbspOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
mix all ingredient up to feta cheese in a bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, toss with salad, refrigerate
