Kristy's Carrot Spice Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cup Bran 1/4 cup Wheat germ 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar 2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cinnamon ground 1/4 tsp Nutmeg ground 1/4 tsp Ginger ground2 Eggs 1/4 cup Molasses 1/4 cup Canola Oil 1 1/2 cup Milk nonfat 2 tbsp Vinegar 1 cup grated Carrots 1 cup Raisins
Directions
Combine first 8 dry ingredients, make well in center.
Beat eggs separately
Add all remaining ingredients and pour into well.
Stir just enough to moisten.
Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake @ 400F for 20-25 minutes.
