Ingredients
strawberries, frozen, 1 cuppineapple, frozen, 1 servingdark sweet cherries, frozen, .5 cupbanana, 1 entirejuice, 1 serving of your choicespinach, frozen, .5 cupwater, fill to top of all other ingredientsblueberries, frozen, .5 cup
Directions
put all ingredients but water into blender; then fill with water to the top of the fruits and veggies (can also use soy or almond milk instead of water)
