Geri's Granola

Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oatmeal1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds (hulled)1 Tbs sesame seeds1/3 cup brown sugar1/3 cup pancake syrup1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup water1/4 cup oil1/2 cup raisins
Directions
mix all dry ingredients except raisins, add sugar, syrup, vanilla, water and oil. mix well. spread onto baking sheet, bake at 250 until golden and crunchy. Stir every 10 minutes for even cooking. add raisins for the last 10 minutes.

Serving Size: should make approx. 8 1/2 cup servings
