Vegan vegetable pizza

Ingredients
1) 1 round thin pizza crust2) 1/2 cup pizza sauce 3) 4 oz follow your heart vegan cheddar cheese (or other vegan cheese)4) 1 tbsp sliced black olives5) 1/4 cup red onion6) 1/2 cup sliced zucchini7) 1/4 cup bell pepper8) 1 small (or any size) heirloom tomato9) 1 tsp vegan Parmesan cheese10) 1 garlic clove
Directions
1) preheat oven to 400 degrees F

2) slice garlic clove and rub it on pizza crust.

3) spread sauce on pizza

4) add cheese (you can save some of the cheese to sprinkle on top before you put it in the oven)

5) add veggies!

6) sprinkle remaining cheese and vegan Parmesan

7) put pizza in oven and cook for 12 to 14 minutes (regularly keep watch on it in the oven so it doesn't burn)

Serving Size: 3 large slices of pizza
