Brown Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
Butter, unsalted, 14 tbsp *Flour, white, 2 cup Baking Soda, .5 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Baking Powder, .25 tsp Brown Sugar, 400 grams Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Salt, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Egg Yolk, 1 large Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
Directions
Brown 10 T of butter.

Mix in 4 other T of butter to cool it a bit in a separate bowl.

Mix in brown sugar, vanilla, salt, egg and egg yolk.

Fold in the flour until uniform and divide into 24 equal parts.

Roll each part into a ball and roll in a mix of brown and white sugar.

Place on cookie sheet 2 in. apart and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Let cool on pan for 5 min. before taking off.

Serving Size: Makes 24 cookies.
