8 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" by 2" inch pieces2 TBS flour of your choiceSeasonings of your choicePeel potatoes and cut into 1/2"x2" pieces. Doesn't have to be exact. Place into a pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Once water begins to boil, cook an additional 4 minutes.Drain water then return potatoes to the pot. Sprinkle potatoes with flour, salt and whatever other seasonings you want to use. Place lid on pot then shake vigorously. Spread out potatoes on a jelly roll pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
