homemade chicken pot pie

Ingredients
2 lg chicken breasts1 med onion-chopped fine3 celery stalks-chopped fineaprox 2-3 cups chicken broth-depending how soupy you like1 can 98% fat free cream chicken soup1 bag green giant or birds eye mixed frozen veggies steamers4 deep dish frozen pie shells thawedsalt and pepper to tasteseasonings of choice-i like garlic and herb2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
cook onion and celery with scant amount olive oil with salt and pepper until translucent. cook chicken in pamp chef deep baker in microwave until cooked then chop. cook mixed veggies in microwave per instructions. add chicken to onions and celery then add broth and chicken soup. add enough broth for your liking then add in mixed veggies.add in any other seasonings of your choice (or its yummy as is!) and pour half into each pie crusts then top with other pie crusts. bake at 375 for about 40-45mins.
