1 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk or Water1 Teaspoon Orange Fiber Powder1 Yoplait - Greek 100 Calorie Yogurt Mixed Berries1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder1 Teaspoon Spirulina Powder (optional)2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Mixed Berries 1 Cup Frozen Broccoli Cuts 1 Cup Frozen Fruit Medley (strawberries, blueberries & raspberries)
Directions
Put liquids in bender first, then yogurt and powders and last frozen freggies. Blend to desired consistency.
