Quick & Easy Ground Beef Stew

1lb lean ground beefPepper to tasteGarlic powder to taste1/2 onion, finely chopped1 package Campbell's Fire Roasted Tomato Skillet Sauce1 can beef broth2.5 cups frozen mixed vegetables (I like Birds Eye peas, carrots, green beans & corn mix)
Chop onions and add to skillet with ground beef. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder to season. Break up the meat with your spatula and cook until just browned, then set skillet aside.
Put vegetables in a large pot with beef broth. Cook on med-high and bring to a boil. Then, add the beef mixture and the tomato sauce. Bring to a boil again. Then simmer on low-med heat for 10 more minutes. Now it's ready to serve!
