Green Chili Chicken Quiche

1 9 in deep dish pie crust4 lg eggs3/4 cup 1% milk1/2 Cup light whipping cream1/2 Cup shredded colby jack cheese4 roasted Green Chili Peppers1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp dried cilantro (optional)1 cup shredded cooked boneless skinless chicken breast
Sprinkle some of the cheese in the bottom of the pie crust. Cut stem tops off of the roasted green chili's and split them open. Remove seeds if you don't like it very hot. Lay the open green chili's on top of the cheese, covering the whole bottom. Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on top of the green chilis. Sprinkle the shredded chicken breast on top of the cheese. In a bowl beat together the eggs, cream, milk and spices. Pour over the top of the chicken, cheese and chili. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
