Exeterpark Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
4 cans beef broth (40 oz)2 cups celery, chopped1 cup onion, chopped3 tbls olive oil1 cup carrots, diced1 cup peans1 cup corn3 cups potato, diced2 cups beef (steak, roast cooked), cubed1 tsp salt.5 tsp black pepper.5 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Saute celery and onion in olive oil until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
