Ingredients
1 cup of 2% milk8-12+ ice cubes (add more ice to make it thicker)3-4 packets of a no calorie sweetner (like splenda)About 0.5-0.75 tbs Vanilla Extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Then all you have to do is blend it until about all the ice is gone. Makes 1 serving.
