Whole Wheat Agave Banana Bread (Low Calorie/Fat)

1 3/4 cup 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1/4 tsp Salt1 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 tbsp Canola/Vegetable Oil1/4 cup Honey/Agave (Vegan)1 large egg3 Mashed Ripe Banana1/2 cup Mashed Apple (1 whole medium apple) 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2. Whisk all dry ingredients together in a separate medium bowl or large measuring cup.
3. In a large bowl, beat oil and honey/Agave together. Stir in Egg, bananas, apple, milk and vanilla. Lastly, stir in the pre mixed flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder mixture and add any nuts or fruit you want to the flour mixture before mixing in if desired then mix just enough until ingredients are combined. Spread batter into the greased loaf pan.
4.Sprinkle with cinnamon and swirl with a toothpick or the tip of a butter knife for a pretty marbled effect.
5.Bake for 60 to 65 minutes. Be sure to check that the bread is done baking by inserting a toothpick in the top. It should come out clean. Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
