Black Bean & Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"Olive Oil, 2 tbspGarlic, 3 cloves Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz) Beans, black, 3.5 cup *Turkey, young tom, light meat, meat only, cooked, roasted, 2.5 cup, chopped or diced Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.75 cup Parsley, dried, 2 tspChili powder, 2 tsp Oregano, ground, 1.5 tsp *Cumin seed, 1.5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
in large skillet, saute the onion, pepper in oil until tender. Add garlick; cook 1 min. longer. Transfer to 5qt slow cooker; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until heated through. 10 servings.
