.75 grams Top Sirloin4 medium Tomatillos, chopped1 Anaheim pepper, chopped1 Jalapeno, chopped1 small Onion, chopped9 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped1 tsp. Better than Bouillon Chicken Base.5 tsp. Better than Bouillon Beef Base1 c. Water.5 Lime, juiced
Directions
Brown beef on both sides; add chopped ingredients, bouillon, water, and lime juice. Stew for at least 2 hours.
