Ingredients
1/2 cupPart skim Ricotta 4 packets Splenda 1 Egg Substitute 1 tsp Vanilla ExtractSray butterAaluminum Foil
Directions
Preheat oven 350F.
Mix all the ingridients togerther with spoon .
Free form Aluminum Foil about 1 inch deep .
Spray Pam Butter and bake for 50 min. to an hour

Makes 2 servings.

    This was great, and so easy! I added a little cream cheese to mine in hopes of giving it a bit of cheesecake-ish tang, but it didn't really do much. Nonetheless, the recipe as-is is fantastic and quick to throw together; I really enjoyed it! Thanks for sharing! - 1/23/13

    Fantastic!!! I made a half batch and baked it for about 35-40 minutes. I ate it warm out of the oven, and it tasted just like real cheesecake. I also included the jelly that's included in the ingredient details as a topping, and it added a little bit of flavor. - 6/3/08
