Ingredients
25g whey protein powder (unflavoured)250 ml (1 cup) skimmed milk1.5 tbsp icing sugar1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Directions
Add all ingredients together in a blender, blend, then drink. I'm using this for a post-workout protein fix!
