Simple Oatmeal Mix - Breakfast on the Go!

Ingredients
4 c Oats, quick cooking1/2 c Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1/2 c Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)1/3 c Carnation instant nonfat dry milk1/2 c Brown Sugar (unpacked)1 T Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Place all ingrediants in a a gallon size storage bag. Shake to combine. Store in fridge.

MEAL PREP: Mix equal part oatmeal mix with equal part water. More water if you like it thinner.

(1/2 - oatmeal mix + 1/2 c water)

Microwave at 50% power 1-2 min.
