Ingredients
Flank Steak, 32 oz sliced thinly Onions, raw, .5 large sliced in to rounds Lime Juice, .25 cup Not bottled but fresh Salt, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
marinate the steak by laying it in a dish laying the rings of onion on top sprinkle the salt and add the lime juice all over. Let sit for an hour. when ready to grill heat your grill and add the steak and grill till done to your liking.
