Creamy Veggie Mash

Ingredients
Mashed Potatoes, .5 cup, russet, skin onCauliflower, cooked, 0.5 cup (1" pieces)Spinach, frozen, .35 package (10 oz) yieldsYogurt, plain, low fat, .4 cup (8 fl oz) Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high
Directions
Chop the potato into cubes and the cauliflower into 1" pieces, and steam until very soft; thaw 1/3 cup frozen spinach and squeeze, squeeze, squeeze the liquid out of it. Put all veggies, yogurt, butter in a food processor or blender and puree. Season with salt and pepper.
