Amanda's Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients
3 Medium- large tomatillos1 Roma Tomato1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper1 Jalapeno Pepper (seeds removed to desired mildness)3 cloves garlic1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Onion Powder2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Directions
1. Quarter each vegetable and garlic and add to chopper or blender.
2. Pulse to desired consistency.
3. Add cilantro, salt, and onion powder.
4. Blend thoroughly.

Serving Size: Makes about (10) 2 tbsp servings
