Whole Wheat Buttermilk Yogurt Banana Bread

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened3/4 cup granulated sugar2 eggs slightly beaten1 cup mashed bananas - about 3 bananas1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup all purpose flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2cup buttermilk6 oz. plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray or grease a 9X5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
Beat together all the wet ingredients - eggs,bananas, yogurt, and buttermilk. Whisk together all dry ingredients - flours, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add wet ingredients to dry and, using hand mixer, mix until thoroughly blended. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for about 15 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving Size: Makes 10 slices.
