Greek Turkey Sandwich on an English Muffin

Ingredients
One English muffin2 oz Turkey breast1/8 cup of Feta Cheese, Crumbled1/2 TBSP of Mezzetta's Mediterranean Olive Sandwich Spread (available @ Wal-Mart)1/3-1/2 TBSP Italian dressing, just enough to moisten one side of the English muffin
Directions
Toast English Muffin. Drizzle one half with Italian Dressing (or pretty much any vinigarette) Spread the other half with the olive spread. Put the turkey on the half with the Italian dressing, top with feta, stick it under the broiler for a minute or two to melt the cheese (optional) Remove bottom half from oven, place the top on it, & ENJOY!
