Ingredients
1 pkg of chicken tenders or chicken breast, cut into strips.1/2 cup of bread crumbs1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, gratedtsp paprika, tsp parsley flakes, dried, or fresh1 large egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, Place bread crumbs, cheese, paprika,and parsley flakes into a bowl. put egg in another and beat to foamy.
take chicken stripes drench in egg and then in bread crumb mixture. and place on a rack in a baking sheet. bake 30 min. Serve with coleslaw and roasted potatoes. dip in your favorite condiments.
