Ingredients
Directions
Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original, 4 tbspArnold 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, 4 roll Onions, 1 medium, sliced Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Paprika, 1 tsp Onion powder, 0.5 tsp Garlic powder, 0.25 tspPepper, black, 0.25 tsp Salt, 0.25 tsp Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original, 2 tbsp (for topping)Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz (for topping)
In a large bowl, combine turkey, BBQ sauce, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix until just combined, then make 4 burgers.
Preheat the grill or a skillet and cook the burgers until fully cooked. (I used a skillet and cooked the burgers about 8 minutes each side - they were juicy and not dried out).
While burgers are cooking, heat a skillet on medium heat and add olive oil. Add sliced onions with a pinch of salt and saute until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
When the burgers are ready, place on bun and top with cheese, onions, BBQ sauce and fresh romaine.
