Ingredients
1-8 bone rack of lamb, divided into 2 bone portions1 tbs dijon mustard1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Coat each 2 bone portion with mustard and bread crumbs. Put on cookie sheet covered with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 20 min.
Makes 2 2-bone portions
