Veal marsala

Ingredients
12oz raw veal scallopine1/2 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup low sodium beef broth2 tsp olive oil1Tbsp unsalted butter*2 oz marsala wine*Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat. Once onions are clear, move mushrooms and onions to edges of the pan. Add butter, and once butter melts add the veal. Salt & pepper each side of the veal. Cook 1-2 minutes on each side, until white. DO NOT OVERCOOK!!

Remove veal from pan, add marsala and broth to skillet, and reduce liquid by 1/2. Briefly add veal back into pan to warm. Serve veal with the sauce spooned on top.
