Herb Dijon Glazed Pork Chops

1 lb. boneless pork chops1 tbsp butter1/4 cup chopped onion1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth2 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed
Melt butter over med-low heat. Increase heat to med-high and saute pork chops about 4 minutes per side, until lightly browned. (The thickness of your pork chops will affect cooking time.) Remove pork chops to plate.
Add onion to pan, stirring constantly until softened. Deglaze with chicken broth and cook until boiling. Stir in mustard and rosemary, then add pork back into pan and cook 3-4 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
Serving Size: Makes 4 4oz portions
