Ingredients
2 TBSP Reduced Fat Sour Cream0.5 TBSP Salsa
Directions
This is so simple! Just take 2 TBSP of reduced fat sour cream, and mix in a bit of your favorite salsa. If you want, thin the dressing with a bit of milk or water so it "spreads" easier, but personally I like this caesar-dressing consistency. This will make about enough dressing for one salad.

I actually use more Salsa in mine but it's dandy and I found it by complete mistake now I eat it like it's going to be the last time I'm ever going to have it lol!

Fabulous! Thank you for this simple and wonderfully delicious salad dressing. What a great way to use up small amounts of sour cream left over from other recipes. - 6/24/12
