Lentil Soup with Cumin and Lime

Ingredients
2 Containers Trader Joe's Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth1 Container Trader Joe's Mirepoix2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 cup lentils1 Bay Leaf1.5 tsp cuminlime (to taste)salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Saute the veggies in the olive oil until softened. Add everything but lime, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. When lentils are cooked, add salt and pepper and squeeze lime juice to taste.
