12 oz red potato12 oz brussel sprouts12 oz cooked chicken breast2 T olive oil3 T mayo3 T dijon1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
toss potato and sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper
roast 20 min in 425 oven
toss roasted vegetables; warmed chicken with mayo, dijon and garlic powder.
serve warm
