*Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 0.5 cup (1 can)Mashed Potatoes, 4 cup (either instant or not)*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup (enough to top pan.)use 13 x 9 inch pan
Turn oven on to 350 degrees.
Brown ground turkey, while browning, bring vegetables to a boil. Once the turkey is browned, add can of cream of chicken soup. Stir throughly. Boil vegetables until tender, drain and stir in to the meat mixture. Then make the instant potatoes. If you use fresh potatoe's, have them ready at time the meat mixture is together.
Put meat/vegetable mixture in to the 13 x 9 inch pan. Put mashed potatos on top of the mixture, then add cheese.
Put in to the oven and cook for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes 24 1 inch square servings
