Bruce's Leftover Prime Rib Hash

Leftover Prime Rib form a dinner 5 oz1/2 medium White onion6 oz small Portabelo Mushrooms (Costco)1 MEDIUM Idaho potato3 tsp Bertolli EVOO, split up 4 ways1 clove of garlic, diced
Dice the left over prime rib into small pieces and set aside.
Use 1 med potato, diced small
1/2 small onion, of choice, diced small
3/4 cup small (Costco) Portobello mushrooms, sliced medium
1/2Teaspoon diced garlic
Fry the potatoes in 1/2 teaspoon of EVOO until browned, set aside. Fry the sliced mushrooms in EVOO until browned, add to potatoes. Fry the onion in EVOO, add the garlic and saute till soft. Add the prime rib, potatoes and shrooms. Heat till evenly heated through.
Serve with desired sauce or plane.
