Chicken Supreme

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves1 tsp whole wheat flourSalt and pepper to taste1 tsp butter1/4 tsp dried thyme1/2 cup chicken broth1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Sprinkle chicken breast halves with flour, salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and saute chicken breasts on both sides until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.

Add the contents from the second bag to the skillet. Whisk up the browned bits fromt he bottom of the pan, maing a sauce. Allow to reduce slightly. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
