Low Fat Whole Wheat Biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup flour, white1 cup flour, whole wheat4 tsp baking powder.5 tsp salt.5 tsp sugar1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese2/3 (more or less) non fat milk
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in low fat cottage cheese. Mix with non fat milk to form a ball. Roll about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inc biscuit or cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet and bake about 12 minutes or until done in 425 degree oven.
