Thai Coconut Fish Curry

Ingredients
VeggiesFishClam and Coconut milkSpices/herbs/lime/basil
Directions
saute veggies, garlic and ginger
add curry paste, clam broth (juice), coconut milk
season with coconut butter, lime rind and juice (1lime) , fish sauce. Let simmer 5 minutes.
Add raw fish fillets and spoon sauce over. Cover and cook 5-10 more minutes. adjust seasoning.
