Grab and Go Breakfast Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies

2 ripe mashed bananas1/3 cup peanut butter2/3 cup applesauce1 scoop protein powder2 tsp vanilla1.5 cup gluten free oats1/4 cup chocolate chips
Mix bananas and PB together.
Add applesauce, protein powder, and vanilla together.
Add Oats and chocolate chips.
Let sit for 10 mins.
Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet and bake about 20 mins or until golden brown and set.
Serving Size: 12 Large Cookies or 16 normal sized
