Classic Midwestern Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
*Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 16 oz(remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)(remove)*Peppers, Sweet, Red, Raw (1 Medium Pepper), 1 serving(remove)Scallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long)(remove)*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup(remove)*Onion powder, .25 tsp(remove)Peas and carrots, frozen, 0.5 cup(remove)*Salad dressing, mayonnaise, imitation, milk cream, .5 cup(remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup(remove)Pickle Relish, .25 cup(remove)Canned Chicken, 1 cup(remove)
Directions
Cook pasta to your preference and drain at least twice in cold water to cool down. Drain. Combine cooked pasta, celery, pepper, peas and carrots, scallions, chicken and cheese in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise,sour cream, relish and onion powder in a small bowl. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss lightly to coat. Cover and chillfor at least 2 hours.
