Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef, browned with diced onion (I used 85/15 and it was 1.3lbs)Then add:1 lg. jar Pace Picante (24 oz)1 can Rotel (tomatoes/peppers 10oz)1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)1 can corn (I did not drain 14oz)1 can kidney beans (drained 15oz)1 pinto beans (I only drained about 1/2 the liquid 15 oz)1 can black beans (drained 15oz)1 package Taco seasoningcup or so of water, depending on how soupy you want itSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Simmer for 1 hour or all day in the crockpot. I sometimes add another 1/2 lb. of meat, and another can of pinto beans for a bigger batch.

Serve with a dollop of light or FF sour cream, and/or shredded cheese, and a few crumbled tortilla chips or even oyster crackers.
