Chick Pea Gumbo

Ingredients
2 big cans No salt added/no added sugar tomatoes (I have fire roasted, diced, organic tomatoes)1 can chick peas 1 bag frozen mixed veggies 1 small bag frozen Okra (sliced)4 cups vegetable broth (NSA)1 cup beef broth (omit for vegetarian)1 - 2 cups water1 bay leaf
Directions
add everything to the pot and let it come to a boil. Turn down and simmer for up to an hour.
