Steak Rollups with Brocolli and Cheese

Ingredients
Finely shredded mild cheddar cheeseBroccoli floretsSteak (we use new york strip but other types will work)SeasoningsToothpicks
Directions
Season steak
Flatten steak out with meat tenderizer until 1/4 inch thick or less
Chop the floret until fine
Add 1 cup of chopped floret onto flat steak
Add 1/3 of a cup of cheddar cheese on top of the broccoli
Roll up the steak and hold in place with toothpicks
Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes (depending on desired steak temperature)
