Potato Pork with Leak soup

Ingredients
6 med. Potatos2 Leeks6 Green Onions6 med. Carrots3 cans fat free low sodium chicken broth1/2 Lb. fresh green beans1/2 bag broccoli flowerets12oz. precooked pork (left overs great)
Directions
Peal & cube potatos, thin slice leeks, green onion & carrots. Add chicken broth (should cover 1/2 for thick or 3/4 for thinner). Simmer for 30 min or until tender. Mash or use food processer to the consistancy you like. Add green beans and broccoli. Continue simmering 20 min. Add cooked meat and simmer for 10 min.
