Salad: Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded Red Onion, 50 gram(s) Basil, 1 tbsp 1/4 Granny smith apple - sliced Cashews - Roasted, 1 oz Dressing: Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Mustard - PC Dijon Coarse Seeded, 3 tsp White wine Vinegar, 50 gram
To make dressing combine Vinegar and mustard and whisk in oil.
Shred Cabbage, red onion and basil - place in a large.
Add Half of the dressing to the cabbage about 10mins before serving (this is so the mustard dressing can get to know the cabbage)
just before serving add sliced apple and the chopped Cashews.
Add the second half of the dressing to your taste.
