Arugula-Apple-Date Salad

Ingredients
Arugula, 2 cups1 Apple, Gala (small), thinly slicedWalnuts, a handful, roughly groundPistacios, a handful, roughly groundLime Juice, 1 tbspHoney, 1 tbspDates, 0.5 cup, pitted, choppedFreshly ground pepper - per taste
Directions
In a large salad bowl, add lime juice, honey and pepper. Whisk them together until they blend well. Add the greens, dates and apples and give them a good mix. Then add walnut-pistacio mixture to the greens and mix them all again.

Serving Size: Makes 1 full cup per serving
