easy oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese1/2 cup oats4 egg whites1 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp cinammon
Directions
combine cheese, eggs, vanilla and cinammon in a blender until smooth. mix in the oats

cook batter on a greased skillet until golden on each side. can probably be divided into 2 servings

serve with sugar free syrup!
