Pepper Onions and Sausage Ragout

Ingredients
Red Pepper, SlicedOnions, SlicedGarlic, SlicedOlive OilSea SaltTomato SauceBratwursts
Directions
Heat 1 T Oil add Peppers, Onions, and Garlic, saute until soft and sweet add tomato sauce, season with salt. Simmer Brats in water until cooked through, slice in half and brown over medium high heat in remaining 1/2 T oil until browned, add to warm sauce and serve.

Serving Size: 2 pies of sausage and a pile of sauce.
