Frittata with Kale

Ingredients
Boar's Head All Natural Smoked Uncured Ham, 6 oz *Cheese, Colby Jack Cheese Tillamook, 3 oz *Kale Salad, by Harvest Sensations - 2cup),Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces Onions, raw, 4 tbsp choppedZucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced/ choppedAll Whites liquid egg whites - 1.0 cup Egg, fresh, 5 large
Directions
Saute' onions, zucchini, mushrooms in olive oil slightly, over medium heat. Add meat, cheese, kale briefly. Stir in eggs. Allow to set briefly, then bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
