2 oz (55 grams) dark sugar free chocolate, like Simply Lite Brand3/4 cup unrefined coconut oil1/2 cup slivered almonds1/2 cup raw unsweetened coconut1/2 tsp sea saltUsing a double boiler, melt chocolate. Take of heat and mix in coconut oil. If oil is solid, leave on double boiler and mix it in until melted. Stir in coconut and almonds. Pour onto an 8x 8 pan lined with parchment or non stick foil. Spread out to edges and sprinkle with sea salt. Put in freezer for 15 minutes or until solid. Cut into 16 squares.
