Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients
1lb beef pot roast1 onion, sliced into strips3 large potatoes, diced (you can use red potatoes, too!)Carrots, baby, about 2 cups, chop in halves if desired1 can cream of mushroom soup1 packet dry onion soup mix
Directions
Throw all vegetables in bottom of crockpot, with pot roast on top. Pour packet of dry onion soup mix on top, followed by cream of mushroom soup. Slowcook for about 8 hours or until beef is at desired tenderness (by 8hrs it should fall apart).

Enjoy! This is a VERY filling dinner!
